If you are looking for full service floral and event design, we take the time to design and price out a detailed preliminary proposal for you so you can see the cost break down of your floral and décor. Generic pricing lists is not personal and is often nowhere near accurate when your event specifics are calculated. Our preliminary proposal will be a comprehensive and detailed document inclusive of all your décor and floral needs for your special day including rentals and other items that we offer all under one roof to simplify designing your beautiful event. We truly specialize in creating one-of-a-kind custom weddings.

Once you have a chance to review the preliminary proposal, we will set up your initial consultation via Zoom, phone or in-studio so we can walk through the proposal together. This gives us an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. We can also make “real-time” changes to fine tune the proposal to be more in line with what you want. We can go through any visual examples of the floral elements and corresponding inventory as well to really help you see the vision and design aesthetic come to life.

Typically two to three months before your big day, we will put together a full-scale table mockup inclusive of a fresh floral centerpiece based on the décor that will be present for your event. This ensures your floral will be seasonally available but will still be far enough out that changes can be made easily and stress-free.

Two weeks before your big day we will sit down and go over all the last-minute details. This allows us to ensure we are on the same page with vendors and timelines.
